IEM Kraków 2026
IEM Kraków 2026 served as the year's first major tier-1 event, running from January 28 to February 8 with a prize pool of $400,000 and 24 competing teams. The event produced strong performances from Vitality and Spirit, with several emerging teams surprising established contenders in the group stage. MOUZ eliminated Falcons with a 2:0 win in the Group B lower-bracket final, while Vitality survived an extended multi-overtime encounter against Aurora in the upper bracket.

The Austin Major
The Austin Major is the centerpiece of the Valve Major circuit for 2026. Teams have been competing throughout the year to secure their Valve ranking points and earn invitations to the most prestigious event in Counter-Strike. The Major cut-off period has made roster moves — including NertZ's transfer to G2 and the loan arrangement that brought s1mple to FaZe — especially significant in terms of their timing and ranking implications.
BLAST Premier & BLAST Open Rotterdam
BLAST's circuit of events continues to offer high-level competition at multiple price points and formats throughout the year. BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 is currently underway, while the BLAST Premier World Final at the end of the year remains one of the most valuable titles on the circuit outside of Valve's own Major series.
